Lee was was born and raised in Havre, Montana. He has a degree in math with a secondary teaching certification. He is Christian and is attends Canvas Church.

Steven is from Northeast California. He is married to his wife, Mary, with whom they have  children and grandchildren together. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
