Michele lives in Ravalli County with her husband and two sons. She identifies as Christian.

Michele has worked at First American Title Company in Hamilton, where she started as a receptionist, then became a disbursement clerk, and is now an Escrow Officer. Kathy is from Georgia. She holds a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is married to her husband, Kurt, with whom they have three children and seven grandchildren together. She is a competitive shooter in the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), and serves on the board of Whittecar Rifle and Pistol Range in Hamilton. She is a Christian.
