Rossi earned their law degree from the University of Montana School of Law, alongside the Burton K. Wheeler Award for "personal integrity, courage, and independent thought."

Rossi has over 20 years of experience working in public policy and advocacy. They recently started their own public policy firm, Central House Strategies, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Director of Advocacy for the ACLU of Montana, and the Public Policy Director for the Montana Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.

- Your State Representative participates in the legislative process at the state level. They are one of 100 members of the Montana House of Representatives. The Montana House of Representatives is the lower house of the Montana State Legislature (the state's lawmaking body).
