John Hansen has experience in public policy and electoral politics, having worked on Jon Tester’s Senate campaign in 2006 and Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign in 2008. He served as a staffer for Senator Max Baucus, focusing on national security and veterans affairs. After Baucus's ambassadorial appointment in 2014, Hansen relocated to the Bay Area, where he was involved in campaigns that successfully raised funds for educational and environmental initiatives during the 2014 and 2016 election cycles.
