Theresa L. Diekhans currently serves as County Attorney in Roosevelt County. She began this position in February of 2024.

Theresa served as the city attorney of Lewistown and the deputy attorney for Fergus County. She also served in the Cascade County Attorney’s office, the Montana Attorney General’s office, and the State of Montana Public Defenders Office. She previously practiced private law in Great Falls. Theresa also managed two restaurants and casinos.

Theresa received a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. She resides in Wolf Point, Montana.
