Jim Kephart

Jim attended Trinity University and earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Arizona, as well as his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He also attended the American College of Financial Services and Temple University's Graduate School of Law, where he earned his LLM in taxation & estate planning. He is a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Butte Silver Bow Arts Foundation, Republican National Hispanic Assembly, and Citizens for America, among others.

Jim has worked as a landlord at Maley Block Apts, Philadelphia tax lawyer, property tax consultant, and government fraud whistleblower.

Jim Kephart ran to represent District 74 in the Montana House of Representatives in 2022 but did not win.
