Dave Sevigny has was elected councilperson for District 10 in 2023. He is serving his first term.

Dave currently works as the managing partner at Tek Agency LLC, a company he founded in 2019. He previously worked as the founder and COO of Volta Technologies. Prior to that, he held positions at IBM as an advisory marketing representative and test engineer.

Dave has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the University of Buffalo and a master's in business administration from Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He and his wife have lived in District 10 neighborhoods for over 35 years and raised 3 children there.
