Brittainy Branham is a city council member in Prestonsburg. She was first elected in 2016 and is serving her 4th term.

Brittainy currently works as executive director for Village Caregiving and business manager for Alchemy Engineering Associates. She previously worked as a business and innovation champion at Shaping Our Appalachian Region and as an account executive, marketing specialist, and administrative assistant.

Brittainy is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned her associate’s degree from Big Sandy Community and Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, and management from the University of the Cumberlands. She volunteers at Turning Point Domestic Violence Services and Oddfellows Lodge 293.
