Tom grew up in Covington, Kentucky and now lives in Peaselburg.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Thomas More University and a master’s in public administration from Northern Kentucky University. 

Tom currently works as vice president for EducateNKY. He previously worked as an executive director for Kentucky Out-of-School Alliance and as an associate director for Covington Partners.

Tom Haggard currently serves as Board of Education Member in Covington Independent School District in Kentucky.  

- Board of education members work as a team to lead the school district by setting policy, providing resources, and overseeing employees.
