Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Florida and her law Degree from Florida A & M University. She resides in Albany with her husband Aaron, and together they have two children. She has spent more than 15 years serving at Mt. Zion Baptist Church and honors civil rights heritage by singing with the Albany Civil Rights Museum Freedom Singers.
