Anita Caldwell Zachary's campaign for clerk of superior court is her first entry into politics.

Anita has worked in various customer service and managerial roles, including as a Deli Manager at Kroger and a position at Douglas County Bank. She has experience working in the Clerk’s Office, dealing with civil, real estate, records and retention, and records room matters. Most recently, she has been the director of the After School Program at Winston Elementary School within the Douglas County School System.

Anita is a lifelong resident of Douglas County, where she also graduated from the local school system. She is married to her husband, and together they have three daughters and three grandchildren.
