Fleming is from Lake Spivey, Georgia and graduated from Jonesboro High School. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in sales and marketing from DeVry University and she holds an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership from The School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary.
