Osborn has a master's degree in Cyber Security from Sans Cyber Security Institute, an associate's degree in counterterrorism from Cochise College, and a bachelor's degree in computer information from Edward Water University. He volunteers for the Wounded Warrior Project, the US Army Suicide Prevention Program, and the Department of Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Cyber Community Program. 

Osborn is currently the Executive Director for the Calalus Group, a government relations firm focused on veteran housing and business empowerment.
