Valencia is from Atlanta and attended Southside Comprehensive High School and Fulton High School. She holds two degrees in business administration from Fort Valley State College and Georgia State University.

Valencia Stovall is a proud native of Southside Atlanta, having attended Southside Comprehensive High School and Fulton High School.
