Sonya is a graduate of the University of West Georgia and John Marshall Law School. In her community, she serves as a gymnastics judge and participates in local volunteer work. Sonya is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is a mother and a resident of Cobb County.
