Denise Mastroserio is the Cherokee County Tax Commissioner. She was elected in 2022 and is serving her first term.

Denise previously worked as the finance administration manager for Cherokee Sheriff's Office. She was also a consumer marketing manager at Affinity Group, Inc., Rodale Inc., and International Masters Publishers.

Denise is originally from Park Ridge, New Jersey. She received her bachelor's degree in English from Mount Holyoke College and a master's degree in business administration from Reinhardt University. She lives in Canton and has two children.
