Samuel Wade McCord received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Georgia College & State University. He earned a Certificate of Government Management from the Carl Vinson School of Government, University of Georgia and he is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. He is a current member of The Salvation Army Advisory Board.
