Bo Kelly has been married to his wife for 27 years, and together they have raised two daughters. They have been residents of Morgan County for 24 years. Bo attended The University of Georgia from 1995 to 1997, majoring in Criminal Justice.

Bo Kelly has served 30 years in law enforcement, including as a game warden with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and as a deputy with the Morgan County Sheriff's Office. He worked as a police officer for the UGA Police Department from 1995-1997 and was part of the Special Response Team during the 1996 Olympic Games in Athens. Bo has received numerous awards throughout his career, notably the Statewide Supervisor of the Year in 2020.

Kenny Stewart is an 18-year veteran of the Morgan County Sheriff's Office, where he has served in various roles including Road Patrol Deputy, K-9, Investigations, Narcotics, and Drug Interdiction Officer. Tyler graduated from Heritage High School and attended Valdosta State University studying criminal justice. He holds a certificate in criminal justice from Columbus State University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.

Tyler is the commander of the Uniform Patrol Division at the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office, and previously held positions as a Captain, Shift Lieutenant, and Assistant Division Commander. He also served as a detention deputy, traffic accident investigator, criminal investigator, and a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Task Force Officer.

The County Sheriff is an elected official who acts as the chief law enforcement officer in their county. They are tasked with operating the county jails, keeping courtrooms secure during trials, and keeping the public safe through proper law enforcement. Each Sheriff's Office in Georgia may look a little different in how they hire and run their teams, but all County Sheriffs have the same duties. These duties include the following:

- Providing court security
- Serving civil papers
- Executing arrest warrants
- Providing primary law enforcement within unincorporated areas of the county
