Jimmy Gray was raised in District 3 in the Meadow Green subdivision and attended Graysville Elementary, Ringgold Jr High, and graduated from Ringgold High School in 1992. He is married with three adult children. 

Jimmy works for a locally owned finance company and has been in the finance industry since 1996.
