Jeff attended Rossville High School and has attended training through the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government where he has completed his state and national Public Works Association certifications. He is married with 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Jeff is employed with Walker County Government as a Road Superintendant. He has worked in city and county government for 22 years managing public works and recreation and served as a volunteer fireman for over 20 years in Walker and Catoosa Counties.
