Casey is married to his wife, Sherry, with whom they have four children and five grandchildren together. Their family are members of the First Methodist Church of Kingsland. He attended Valdosta State College and Brunswick Junior College with a focus on Industrial Electronics and Electricity. He is a member of the St. Mary's River Management Committee and the Camden County Georgia Solid Waste Authority. 

Casey owns and manages Vacuna Farms LLC. 

Benjamin Luther Case is the Camden County Commissioner for District 5. He was elected to this position in 2017, and has served two terms. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. He was elected to this position in 2023, and is serving his first term.
