Al Williams is a current state representative for Georgia House District 168. He was elected in 2003, and has been in this position for 21 years.

Al worked as the President of Techno Systems South. He also served in the Vietnam War. Al became the first NAACP Youth Council president for the Liberty County Branch. He later worked as State Youth Council vice president for Georgia. He worked as political advisor and session aide to Zell Miller and to the late Senator Glenn Bryant. Al worked as a delegate to six Democratic National Conventions (DNC) and was on the Rules Committee for the DNC in Philadelphia.

Al attended Saint Leo University and John Marshall School of Law. He was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Trinity Bible College. Al is the chairman deacon at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Richmond Hill. He is married to Olivia, and together they have four children.
