Melissa Hughes (Tift County Commissioner Board District 2, Georgia, candidate 2024)

Melissa graduated from Tifton County High School and attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. She is a former president of the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG). 

Melissa is the ADR Program Director for the Tifton Judicial Circuit. She previously worked as a Shelter and Branch Manager. 

Melissa Hughes is the Tift County Commissioner for District 2. She was elected to this position in 2008, and has served four terms.
