Tim holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) in 1972 from the University of Georgia. He is married to his wife, with whom they have children and ten grandchildren. Tim serves in the Paulding/Cobb chapter of the American Marketing Association, as a mentor with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Paulding County Schools Youth Leadership Team, and sings in a church choir. Tim and his wife also serve as substitute House Relief parents at the Chick fila foster care program at WinShape Homes, in Rome, GA.

Tim is a Strategic Account Leader with Staples Advantage. He previously served as a Senior Account Executive with LoneSource, a Direct Sales Manager (DSM) with Source Office Products and Staples Business Advantage. Additionally, he has experience as a business owner and Army Veteran.
