Charles Bryan Jenkins is a licensed psychologist with experience working in school districts across Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He has also served as a graduate research assistant, developing data collection protocols for student datasets.

Charles is from Georgia. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kennesaw State University, a master's degree in school psychology from the University of Tennessee, and his doctorate from George Washington University. Jenkins serves as the president of his neighborhood's Homeowners' Association (HOA).
