Zuhdi Jasser has served as a two-term U.S. Senate appointee and as Vice-Chair of the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF).

Zuhdi works as a physician specializing in internal medicine with over 25 years of experience practicing primary care in Phoenix, Arizona. He has served as a former Physician to the United States House of Representatives, Senate, and Supreme Court. Previously, he was a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy and received the Meritorious Service Medal for his service to the Office of the Attending Physician of the U.S. Congress.

Zuhdi was born in Ohio and grew up in Wisconsin, where he attended school and was active in various extracurricular activities. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and went on to medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Jasser and his wife Gada have three children.
