He graduated from the Engineering school of Arizona State University. Raised in Phoenix, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at a young age. Bob and Jana have sixteen grandchildren with whom they share their way of life.

Bob Morris is a Chemical Engineer who graduated from the Engineering school of Arizona State University. Throughout his career, he has held roles in executive management, including positions related to credit cards, marketing strategy, real estate, software, IT, and accounting conversions. He has led due diligence for a major merger involving two fortune 10 companies and has worked with consulting firms such as McKinsey, Arthur Anderson, and Mercer. Additionally, Morris has been involved in management, economic analysis, project management, and engineering, with further training from the University of Nevada, Reno, and the University of Michigan Manufacturing Executive Program.

Bob Morris has served on three previous Councils in Cave Creek, which have focused on preserving the local environment and addressing water and fire issues. He has spent 6 years on the Water Advisory Committee (WAC), including time as the chair, where he played a role in identifying and advocating for improvements. He has run for Council before, motivated by a desire to see more progress in solving local problems.
