William Jay Lichtsinn's campaign for Maricopa County Treasurer is his first run for public office.

William currently works as the vice president of Finance at Monsoon Financial. He previously worked as a controller at De Rito Partners, director of financial reporting at Arcadia Management Group, Inc., and assistant controller at Vestar. Lichtsinn served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years, during which he was an officer, chief engineer, and Lieutenant.

William is originally from Phoenix, AZ. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Arizona. He currently volunteers with Executive Council Charities and previously volunteered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale. Lichtsinn lives in Phoenix with his wife, Katie, and their son.
