Todd Lang currently serves as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge. He was elected to this position in 2016 and is serving his 2nd term. He previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Attorney's Office. He was appointed to this position in 2013 and served for 3 years. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General's Office. He was appointed to that position in 2000 and served for 3 years.

Todd previously worked as an executive director of the Citizens Clean Elections Commission and as chief counsel of the Consumer Fraud Unit with the Arizona Attorney General's Office. He also worked as a managing attorney of the Housing and Consumer Unit of Community Legal Services.

Todd holds a bachelor's degree in history and government from Oberlin College and a law degree from Cornell Law School.
