Ralph was born and raised in Arizona. He received his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and his medical degree from the University of Arizona. Ralph and his wife Denise have 3 children and are active in their local church. 

Ralph was a physician specializing in orthopedic surgery. During his career, he volunteered as a team doctor for two local high schools. Using his medical expertise, Ralph was a part of numerous medicinal missions to countries and provided pediatric orthopedic care.
