Heidi is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has a bachelor's degree from American University and a law degree and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Richmond. She live with her husband in Springfield.

Heidi Drauschak is the chief operations officer and co-founder of CrowdLobby, LLC, which helps citizens pool their money to pay for lobbyists. She is also the managing partner and project manager at Cavi Consulting, a business consulting company. She used to work for Antrim Grace Solutions.
