Geary Higgins was elected to represent Catoctin District on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in 2011, and 2015 to 2019. He was the Chair of the Transportation and Land Use Committee; and the previous co-chair and a member of the Joint Board of Supervisors/School Board Committee. He was the Catoctin Representative on the Loudoun County School Board from 2000 to 2004.
