Carla F. De La Pava is currently treasurer of Arlington County. She was first elected in 2014 and has been in office for two terms. She was the first woman and first Hispanic treasurer of Arlington County.

Carla used to be chief deputy treasurer for Arlington County. She also used to be a consultant for the Arlington Soccer Association and program manager at the Price Company.

Carla is originally from Alexandria. She has lived in Arlington for more than 28 years. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from Wesleyan University and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard. She lives with her husband and three sons.
