Debbie K. Rose used to be a school board member for Loudoun County. She was first elected in 2011 and was in office for two terms.

Debbie is an attorney. She works at law firm Whitbeck Bennett. She used to be senior legislative counsel at Entertainment Software Association and counsel to the subcommittee on court at the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.

Debbie is originally from Southern California. She has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a law degree. She lives in Sterling with her husband and three children.
