Mark S. Miller has been County Supervisor since 2022. He is serving his first term.

Mark is a Professional Counselor at Brightpoint Community College. He used to work at Chesterfield Mental Health. He is part of the Crater Planning District Commission, Maymont Foundation Board of Directors, PlanRVA, and Richmond Regional Transportation Planning Organization.

Mark was born in Virginia. He has lived in Midlothian, Virginias since 1997, with his wife and their two daughters. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education in English from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
