Christopher was born in Prince William and raised in Gloucester County. He attended the University of Mary Washington where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He moved to Chesterfield with his wife in 2006, and currently lives with her and their two children in Ashbrook Landing.
