Rachna Sizemore Heizer is currently a member-at-large representing the Fairfax County school board. She was elected in 2019 and has served one term. She has been the chair of the school board from 2022 to 2023, and was the vice chair of the school board from 2021 to 2022.

Rachna is a human resource development program coordinator and lecturer. She works at Texas Tech University, where she has been for over 11 years. She is also an instructor at Mission College, where she has been for over 15 years, and a spin instructor at Lifetime Fitness, where she has been for over 18 years. She previously worked at Blaye Solutions Management as the president, at George Mason University as an assistant professor, and at Morrison & Foerster LLP as an attorney.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkley. She lives with her husband in the Braddock District. She has two children.
