Miranda H. Turner's campaign for school board is her first entry into politics.

Miranda is a lawyer. She used to be a partner at law firms Cromwell & Moring, LLP and Shipman and Goodwin.

Miranda is originally from Washington, D.C. She has lived in Arlington for nine years. She has a bachelor's degree in public policy from Brown University and a law degree from the University of Virginia. She lives with her husband and three children in the Green Valley neighborhood.
