Kristin has lived in Vienna for 25 years. She has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in business administration (MBA) in marketing and entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives with her husband and has two sons.

Kristin is the treasurer of Bridle Paths. She used to be a program manager for Common Securitization Solutions, the co-president of the Women's Employee Resource Group at Fannie Mae, and a product management consultant at McKinley Marketing Partners.

Rip is originally from Northern Virginia and has lived in McLean for 50 years.  He attended Langley High School. He has a bachelor's degree from Amherst College and a law degree from the University of Virginia. He lives with his wife, Beth. He has four grandchildren.

Rip is a lawyer. He is a partner at law firm Bean Kinney & Korman, PC.

Rip Sullivan is currently the state delegate representing district 48. He was first elected in 2014 and has been in office for four terms.
