He has a bachelor's degree in political science with minors in economics and history from Northeastern State University and a master's degree in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University. He lives with his wife and daughters in Ashburn.

Professional background

David used to be the chief strategy officer at Axiologic Solutions, LLC and Dowless & Associates. He also founded Rockbridge Consulting, LLC. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a naval intelligence officer.

Political background

David Reid is currently the state delegate representing District 32. He was first elected in 2018 and has been in office for two terms.
