Ian Lovejoy used to be a city council member for Manassas. He was first elected in 2012 and was in office for two terms.

Ian is the founder of Reliant Hiring Solutions, a national recruitment firm. He used to be director of operations at Home Instead Senior Care, director of operations at WSR Solutions, and a professor at Radford University.

Ian is originally from West Virginia. He has a bachelor's degree from Concord University and a master's degree in sociology from Virginia Tech. He lives with his wife, Nancy, in Bristow.
