Holly Seibold attended American University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government (CLEG). She then attended the George Washington University, where she received her Master of Education degree in Elementary Education. She currently lives in the Town of Vienna with her husband and two children.

Holly Seibold is the current Founder and Executive Director for Bringing Resources to Aid Women's Shelters (BRAWS), where she has worked since 2015. She is also a small business owner. She was previously the Director and Lead Instructor at M2 Academy from 2014 to 2018, and an Educator in the Fairfax County Public School system from 2003 to 2009.

Holly Seibold is currently the state delegate representing Virginia's 35th district. She was elected in 2023 during a special election and is serving her first term. She is a member of the Communications, Technology, and Innovation Committee; and the Public Safety Committee. She was previously appointed to the Virginia Council on Women by Governor Ralph Northam.
