He lives with his wife and daughter in Byron, Georgia.

Rich has a bachelors degree from Georgia State University, and a law degree from Widener University School of Law. Rich is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. He is currently an attorney. He previously worked as a prosecutor, high school teacher, wrestling coach, and was a former business owner.

Rich Robertson's campaign for US Representative of Georgia's 2nd Congressional District is his first entry into politics.
