Judge Amero made national news when he dismissed a lawsuit filed in 2020 which alleged fraudulent absentee ballots and improper ballot counting in Fulton County. His order said the lawsuit “failed to allege a particularized injury,” so the plaintiffs did not have the standing to make the claim.
