Bruce was born on a military base in El Paso, Texas. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a masters in business management from the University of Minnesota St. Mary’s. He is married to his wife, Toni, and has four children.

Bruce is Vice President of Big “10” Construction & Development, LLC, a construction firm. Previously, he worked in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Molecular Diagnostics Industry with 20 years in national accounts managing health care systems.

Bruce Holmes is currently County Commissioner for Henry County, representing District 5. He was first elected in 2010 and has served two terms.
