Demoine is originally from Dillion, South Carolina. He has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, a Master’s of Divinity, and a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Science. He lives with his wife, Marita, and six children in Rockdale county.

Dr. Demoine Kinney is a pastor at Faith Builders Ministries of Christ. He previously served in the Air Force and was a member of the Special Operations Team.

Dr. Demoine Kinney’s campaign for State Representative for District 92 is his first entry into politics.
