Jake is from Lithia Springs, Georgia. He attended University of Georgia, graduating with a degree in political science. Jake also received his law degree from University of Georgia. He lives with his wife Baylie in Roswell, where they hope to start a family soon.

Jake is currently an attorney and partner at Hall Booth Smith, P.C.
