Jazzmin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albany State University and holds a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Government and Nonprofit Management from DeVry University. She lives in Stonecrest with her husband and one son.

Jazzmin serves the State of Georgia as the Director of Fleet Management. Previously, she served as the Operations Manager for the Department of Audits and Accounts.
