Deborah is the daughter of a military family, so she grew up in various places around the world. However, in 1993, her father retired from the military and settled in Columbus, Georgia.

Deborah is the Director of Learning and Development and the owner of Sykes Training Solutions for the last 4 years and 9 months. She previously worked at MS International, University of Phoenix, Stayer University, TSYS, and World Pay. She has a bachelors in business administration from Columbus State University, a masters of science in management from Troy University, and a doctorate of business administration from Argosy University Sarasota.
