Lillie has a Bachelors of Education in Exceptional Student Education from the University of Central Florida. She lives in Milton with her daughters.

Lillie is a pilates instructor and brand manager. She works at Nfinity, a cheerleading superstore, where she has been for less than a year. She previously worked at Varsity Brands.

Lillie Pozatek’s campaign for the Board of Education is her first entry into politics.
